Ultrachem Omnilube® Synthetic Food Grade Compressor Oils
Applications
The Omnilube food grade synthetic compressor oils are blended from 100% synthetic base fluids using only FDA approved ingredients suitable for incidental contact with food. The Omnilube food grade products are superior to conventional pharmaceutical grade mineral oils that have been used in compressor applications in the past. Extended oil change intervals of 2000 to 3000 hours at 185°F to 205°F are recommended.
Omnilube® 32/46, 68 and 455 are novel, recently developed rotary screw and reciprocating air compressor lubricants with greatly improved wear, oxidation and lubricity vs. currently available H-1 food grade synthetic lubricants. These lubricants were designed with a proprietary additive package, are registered with NSF and meet USDA H-1 requirements. Field tests have shown these lubricants to outlast other synthetic H-1 lubricants by 50% to 100%. If the older generation products lasted 2,000 to 3,000 hours, field test data indicates the Omnilube Long-Life Series will last 3,000 to 6,000 hours.
